Hawkhurst Fete & Carnival

The Carnival and Parade (which attracted over 3000 visitors in 2007), this year will be a large parade of floats and vehicles going from Hawkhurst C. of E. Primary School to The Moor, beginning at 13:00 hours.
• Live bands are to play until 22.00 hours on The Moor.
• A park and ride service will operate to bring visitors from the outskirts of Hawkhurst.
• There will be a “Tug of War” competition and Archery practice
• There will be many Fun Fair attractions for all ages with Bouncy castles, slides, Train rides etc.
• There will be various arena events including Polish Dancing and Marching Bands
• There will be hot food outlets on the fields.
