Blubell Hill is a scenic spot and major road, the A299, in Kent near Aylesford.
The A299 is a dual carriageway which connects Junction 3 of the M2 and Junction 6 of the M20 near Maidstone. It is often used heavily and can be the scene of traffic jams.
Bluebell Hill is reputed to be the scene of several ghost sightings, including a young woman running out in front of cars and even a phantom hitch hiker!
Bluebell Hill is one of the highest spots in Kent, with great views across to Medway. There is a pinic spot at the top of the hill with access to the North Downs way for walkers. Because of it height Bluebell Hill is also the site of a TV transmitter.
