Harpers is a bar and restaurant in Broadstairs which has a really great relaxed and easy going atmosphere and great crowd of people that go there that just want to have fun with none of the bitchiness or argumentiveness (not that I've witnessed) that some places have. It has great live music and is at its best in the summer. It also does really good food!Always an added bonus!
