The Stour Centre benefits from a recently remodelled pool and gym area with 25m pool, leisure water with flumes, and 100- station gym, complete with spa area comprising jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms. The centre is complies with the provisions of the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) including access to the pools and jacuzzi (access is via a hoist).

The main hall provides up to eight badminton courts or two full basketball courts, and can be adapted for many other indoor sports as required. There is also a second smaller sports hall measuring approximately 20m x 17m, which is suitable for a variety of sports including Badminton, Fencing and Boccia.

The Centre is close to local amenities, hotels, restaurants, and the town centre. It is within easy reach of Ashford International and domestic railway stations. The M20 is five minutes drive, while Dover port is 37km away.
